ftp backup time out

Hi,

everytime i try to setup an ftp account for backup i get a timeout.

after tracing what happend i found the reason:
command line ftp is working fine in active mode, passive is not working.

seems that plesk uses passive mode.

is there a way to tell plesk to use active ftp mode?
