FTP can not login

when i add a domain,start use FTP

FTP display "user can not log in,home directory inaccesible"

What reason?please help me!

There may be a few of reasons.
Please check account in Windows which you set in Plesk.
Please check home dir for it. Also check home dir in IIS.
You can delete this domain and create it again.
