Ftp error!

I have a problem with Plesk Panel 10.2 When I make a backup and want to send ftp repository.

Make the backup locally, begins sending the file. Zip but short. Just send approximately 150 Mb.

Sorry, could you please be more specific? What sort of FTP error you have? Could you please provide more details?

I've already solved. The problem was the limitation of 600 seconds of the FTP connection.
