hello i'm facing again a problem :( my ftp is not working always saying this when i loging throught net2ftp or filezilla:

Are you sure that it is not firewalled, FTP is up and running, login credentials are correct?
 
login credentials are 100% correct and how to check "ftp it is not firewalled, FTP is up and running," ?
