FTP Issue

Hello,

I have a problem with my FTP server an firewall. I have made a website on an SSL ip and if i want to contect I'm geting the next error:

Can someone tell me what is wrong. I have shuted down my firewall and than I can connact to the ftp very well. But when I turn on my firewall I get the next error around me.

Hi,

Have you tried with disabling firewall ? If it is working after disabling firewall please confirm that you have opened following port.

TCP : 20
TCP : 5358

Do let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello,

After i disable the firewall it works.
But then i enable the firewall end set the 2 ports i get the same error.

Can you help me to fix this bug.
