Hello
I change the password in domain>setup but still cannot log in.
Checked everything i could, don't really know how Ms FTP works, does it duplicates files in a other common domain?? is son frustrating i have been administering server for 15 years and cannot reset an ftp password. already lost 5 hours with this, since my support plan expired last month i have no right to ask plesk even tough i pay thousands of dollars for the software.
So you, dear unpaid forum members, are my last resource to come out of this frustration that is driving me nuts.
