• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

FTP Upload fail

Greetings,

I'm trying to setup automated backups on a server-level.

The backup file stars to upload to a remote FTP server. However, it always fail. This happens only tho large backup files. The upload process stops at arround 90mb.

This should be a Plesk issue, not the FTP server's, since i tested uploading file to the ftp server directly from another ftp client (filezilla) and i uploaded a 3GB file at once, with no problems.

Any ideas, why the ftp upload fails?
The ftp server log has nothing interesting; it looks like the connection is suddently broken, like a firewall has got in between.

Thanks
Alex

I have also tried to use the multiple file creation option.

Upload is sucessfull now but it looks like the files generated are corrupted. Can't extract them.

Any input from Parallels?

Thanks
Alex
