FTP Users and Directories

Hello, I am setting up a specific vhost and I've created one FTP account. I wish to know if anybody knows, if Plesk has the option to create another FTP account (not anonymous), in the same vhost, but, it's pointing to another directory inside httpdocs.

Web users are the only current option, but they would not place the users within httpdocs. The webspace would be within the web_users directory, and the URL would be www.domain.com/~webusername (the ~ is mandatory).
