Resolved FTP with windows explorer doesn't work

We have create a FTP access (Plesk Onyx).
It works fine when we use it with Filezilla.

It does not work when we use Windows native FTP via Windows Explorer.

Do you know why? The connection does not seem to be done, the identifiers are not requested ... The address entered is: ftp://ftpaccess.mydomain.com.
