Gallery picture upload issue.

I am using SiteBuilder for Unix/Linux version3.0.2 (2006112310)
And here is the issue.
If you create the site with Gallery module and then publish it everything is ok.
But if you login into sitebulder and try to add new image and republish your site you will got that error

Error! The images have not been updated. Click here for details...

The FTP published site is not accessible now.

I check my ftp server and its up and running No errors in xfer log.

Anyone with same issue ?

Cannot update modules data.

Did you change site location or publishing settings before got this issue?
Could you please give me step-by-step instructions how to reproduce this situation? Is it stable or not?
