• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Help Desk email problem

Whenever an email is sent to the help desk system it never gets through, simply is bounced with the following message:

Message must be in plain text format.

not sure if it will work when a message is sent in plain text format, but surely the system should be able to accept non-plain text emails?

Any ideas?

This looks to be an issue. What Plesk version do you have?
 
Anyone know about this?

anyone know the answer to this.... someone else must be having the same problem?????
