Hello, again I cannot install new Plesk license with error msg "Error: Invalid key: Unknown key format" .

License file was licenseXXXXX.key

Please kindly help, I need to solve this ASAP (less than 24 hours). And I also wants to check if this license also include Dr Web Premium AV as I ordered.
