• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

How to Fix it!!!!

THANKS A LOTS

I think the error is quite self explanatory.

The email account that you tried to reach is disabled.

In other words, Google has disabled the Gmail address that you've sent mail to. There is nothing to fix on your side.

I'm not sure that I understand. If the message is being sent by a valid user through your SMTP, I suggest just letting it be. They'll get the bounce and stop sending or the address might get enabled again in the future. I think blocking individual recipient addresses makes little sense.

On the other hand, if there is a redirect somewhere, you could inform your customer and possible have it removed. The bounce should be informative enough so that you can see where the redirect originates.
