  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Hello, like they move users or domains of a server with windows 2003 server standar and plesk 7.5.4 to another with windows 2003 server standar and plesk 7.5.6, note: the ip addresses are different and the clients also

Actually you should use backup/restore method to perform such a task. Backup domains at source server, move backup to target server and then restore it there. You will be prompted with mapping ip addresses so you will be able to map moved domains to new ip.

youshould firts migrate your initial server from 754 to 756, , also install the update and the last patch for 756, it will solve some bugs

then bacup, transfer the backu p fies on the ne server and then simply restore

it will ask you for mapping to the new IP

Actually the best way to do this would be using Plesk's Migration tool.

It has been introduced only in Plesk 7.5.6 and can only migrate stuff between 7.5.6 server, so you'd have to upgrade the source server (which you said it's still 7.5.4 to 7.5.6).

Also note that the migration tool needs to be installed separately. You can download it from:

ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk7.5/Windows/7.5.6/PMM/

For details regarding the migration tool and it's usage plese check:

ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk7.5/Windows/7.5.6/PMM/pmm_build051125.14.txt

P.S.
Don't worry about it... migrations are not that difficult.
