Resolved HELP - Odin Premium Antivirus Paid Version

9musashi

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I ordered this Plesk 12.5.30 license along with Odin Premium Antivirus from my hosting provider - but I cannot find any new UI for antivirus after I installed the Plesk license nor any information that I indeed have Odin Premium Antivirus PAID version. The one and only antivirus "setting" on Tools&Setings >> Antivirus which is the same as before I purchase the Antivirus license.

How to determine that Odin Premium Antivirus PAID (FULL) VERSION is installed and working ?

My hosting provide refuse to help and ask me to contact plesk support for Odin Premium Antivirus license issue.

Thank you

You can stop/start it, for example, or check log files, etc. More detail can be found here https://kb.plesk.com/en/111283#drweb and here http://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/ad...es-management/antivirus-support.68765/#o68881

Code:
 /etc/init.d/drwebd restart

Daemon is enabled for protecting 14 e-mail`s:

Why its only protecting 14 emails ?
I order Plesk license with Odin Antivirus and there is only 1 Plesk license number provided , there is no Premium Antivirus license provided.
I assume something wrong with the Antivirus license not properly installed ??

As I said earlier my server provider refused to help regarding Antivirus license. They said they only provide plesk license.

So I need to insert the key myself.

Ok regarding http://kb.odin.com/112230 but it seems outdated as there is no " key=' " , the key it self is under

-------------------- KEY ---------------------------------
</ds:SignatureValue>

AND THERE IS ONE MORE (LONGER KEY)

<ds:X509Certificate>

Which key should I put into drweb.txt as refer to http://kb.odin.com/112230 ??

Could you please send your Plesk license key to me in PM? I will check it.

Your provider gave you a license in strange format. It should be activation code but not zip file. In this case, when you activate this code antivirus license would be installed automatically.
As workaround you can click Renew License button or activate license code. I will send it to you in PM.

No, I zip it because this website keep refused .key file format.

Thank you Igor, its works now. Thank you.
