Resolved Help! Pictures Won't Upload

Hello Friends, I cannot add new pictures/photos. I used to be able to drag and drop or just use the upload function. It goes to 100% and never finishes. I let it sit there for an hour and never went to complete. I tried an old photo that was previously uploaded and that did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello again. The issue resolved itself. I use Go Daddy as my provider. Several months ago, I could not access Plesk. After about 10 days, the problem was fixed and I did not do anything different. Now I can drag & drop pictures without any problems.
I will say Plesk help was no help. They referred me back to Go Daddy.
