Help with Nextcloud, I have two websites running Nextcloud, both work fine, the problem with one website is that it doesn't allow me to create or modify anything, I can't sync from the client on Windows or Mac, I've already checked permissions on the website that isn't working correctly, I've compared everything with the website that works correctly and I can't find the error.

Hello, @ricardosl. Could you please provide more details about the issue you are experiencing? Have you checked the domain logs, if yes, could you please confirm if you see any relevant errors? Do you see any errors in the browser developer console? What is the PHP handler you are using?

Thanks for your comment

Reviewing all the Nextcloud logs from the website I'm having problems with today, I realized that Redis was uninstalled for some reason, I reinstalled it again and it started working normally.

The strange thing about this is that it only affects one website, the rest work normally.

I appreciate your comment, you gave me an idea where to look again.
