Help With Plesk Backup

After updating to 8.3 I haven't been able to use my FTP backup and every time I try to I get the following error:

Error: Unable to create backup session: Specified file is not accessible

Does anyone know why it does this or what the solution is to fix this problem as I would really like to be able to use my FTP backup solution.

i get the same error message during backup to local repository:

I was able to solve the problem using the advice from this blog posting:
