PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The Horde webmail option breaks the apt/dpkg database of Debian9 when it gets removed.
Even with manual apt commands I was not able to fix the problem anymore, as the broken package "psa-mnemo" blocks any fix or cleanup.​
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  • install Debian9
  • install Plesk 17.8.11 with Horde webmail
  • remove Horde webmail via Plesk Panel Installer
