Horde package botches Debian9 upon deinstallation​

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:

Plesk 17.8.11#4, Debian 9.4, x64​

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

The Horde webmail option breaks the apt/dpkg database of Debian9 when it gets removed.
Even with manual apt commands I was not able to fix the problem anymore, as the broken package "psa-mnemo" blocks any fix or cleanup.​

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• install Debian9
• install Plesk 17.8.11 with Horde webmail
• remove Horde webmail via Plesk Panel Installer

Please check the issue has been fixed in the latest update Change Log for Plesk

I've checked and can confirm that this problem is fixed now.
