Horde Problem no permission to /services/prefs.php

when someone is changing options in horde webmail they get this error..

Try:

chmod 644 /usr/share/psa-horde/services/prefs.php logged as root and if is still not working, run:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -av

actually it looks like an issue with mod_security acting like your doing something malicious...
