Issue Hotmail accounts do not receive mails from us

Hello all,

We are hosting a joomla website with apache. And the ip of our website changed as the hosting servic also. Hotmail accounts do not receive *any* e-mails from us.

I came across this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...fsmsbl3&locale=en-us&ccsid=636385675836320350 i filled in the details with or external ip. I suspect this problem could be because of the use of NGINX also. I do not know exactly where to search for error messages because when sending to hotmail account via site, on the interface we get no message it says it sent the message successfully. Notice that for gmail or other servers we tested e-mail sending successfully. We only have problems with hotmail accounts.

Can you please help?
