• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

hey kindly guide me how to reset a user resource usage for example traffic usage. if I want to reset the traffic usage of a customer how can I do it?

tried this but it doesnt get updated in plesk panel and one of my use rwho is overusing gets suspended after a day has passed.

For your one user as a quick solution I suggest to customize his service plan to allow overuse of resources. Why a change in traffic statistics in the database is not reflected in the GUI I cannot say. The software takes the data from the same database, so if it is successfully updated in the database, the user interface will show the correct new values.
