CentOS 8 was end of life by the end of 2022. You need to migrate your server to a new server with a new operating system such as AlmaLinux 8 using Plesk Migrator. You can also migrate it "in-place" using the beta of the Plesk ELevate project to convert an existing CentOS to Alma: Release Centos 7 to AlmaLinux 8 converter beta v0.2.0 · plesk/centos2alma.

Easiest way would be to spin up a new server, get a temporary license to install on the old server and move the current license to the new server, then use the Plesk Migrator to start migrating domains over to the new server, then cut over the DNS to the new server. You will also need to let clients know who is not using your DNS server to update their IP addresses if you are reselling hosting space.

As the in-place migration to Alma Linux is still in beta stage, it is not yet officially supported.
