How Do I Allow Parent Path (../) in Windows server with Plesk

How do I allow parent path in Windows server with Plesk installed.
I did that before with IIS but Plesk didn't work again. I had to ask my datacenter to re-install O.S. I couldn't take any back up!
I have following error while showing the access database folder:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0131'

Disallowed Parent Path

/editorluk/sifrehatirlat.asp, line 2

The Include file '../fonksiyon/ayarlar2.asp' cannot contain '..' to indicate the parent directory.

Because I want to go one folder up or for include files it is the same.. Can't show "../" I have to show "/includes" or "/db_folder/db_name.mdb" But I want to show like "../DB_Folder/db_name.mdb" or "../includes/file_name.html" can't do that..
Can someone help me about that?
