How do i change FTP port in pleks 9.5?

Hello,
how can i change default ftp port in my plesk 9.5 ?
i am using centos 5

actually i edit /etc/proftpd.conf and restart xinetd but ftp port still works on port 21 !
Is anyone else facing the same problem ?
Please help me out with this.

Make sure that you have changed ftp port in /etc/services too.

i dit /etc/services and /etc/proftpd.conf then restart xinetd

I just noticed that after these settings, you might not be able to run backups to an FTP Repository.
