How do I manual backup data from Plesk?

I can no longer access to the Plesk control panel after trying to upgrade PHP, so I need to manual backup all the data from the server before a Reprovision from godaddy (scheduled for tomorrow)

Does anyone know what data I need to backup?

I already backup all the domains in the server using FTP, also made a gzip of the /var/qmail directory, but I dont know what else do I need to download.

you need to save files from /var/lib/mysql

or do mysql dump of all databases..

What is the problem?

Read here:
To back up all user accounts with all users' sites, run the command:

/plesk_installation_directory/bin/pleskbackup clients <backup file name>

To back up all sites hosted on server without storing details for each client account, run the command:

/plesk_installation_directory/bin/pleskbackup domains <backup file name>
