how do i restore data after an os reload?

Hello,

I have had an OS reload for a webserver. I mounted the old drive where all the old data.

What's the best way, if any, to restore data? (Client information, domain information and domain files, databases, mail)

Would copying some directories be enough? If so, which directories to copy to the new drive and which not to?

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm in the exact same situation. What's the easiest way to restore everything if no psadump was made before the OS reload?
 
I am in the same situation, is there a way to import data of clients and domains into new install of plesk?

The data is on the old hard drive.
