• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How do I upgrade to the latest cURL version?

New Pleskian
Hi Everyone,

I want to start off with by mentioning that I am not an IT expert :)

I subscribe to Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows through my provider (Strato).

My current CURL version is 'libcurl/7.19.0 OpenSSL/0.9.8h zlib/1.2.3 libidn/1.10' .

I need to upgrade to: 'libcurl/7.24.0 OpenSSL/1.0.0 zlib/1.2.3 libidn/1.18'

How do I do that?

Thanks!

Why do you think that these libs should be mandatory upgraded?

I don't think that it should be mandatory upgraded, but my programmer tells me that it has to be upgraded so that he can transfer his work to my server. Without the upgrade, whatever he has built, will not work.
