How edit Suspend domain default Page

Hi,

Please tell me, how i can edit Suspend domain default Page
 
I dont understand this this thread.

My question is simple , where is located default suspend domain file in Plesk directory ?
 
It is default Plesk page /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/index.html
