How to Buy "Plesk 12 Web Host (Virtual Machine) License?

On "How to Buy" page, there is a price (15$) for Web Host edition to use on virtual machines. On the same page, when I choose to buy from Parallels, there is not an option for that (for VM license).
Where exactly can I order that one? Wouldn't it be nice if you have added that option on your site, just to make some clients happy?
