Question How to create a full backup using ssh (not user interface)

Hello,
I am planning to upgrade to Plesk Onyx and I want to create a full backup so in case something breaks I can restore the working version.
The full backup I mean all databases, rules, files, setting and etc so if something is wrong when upgraded to Onyx, I can go back to working version.

I want to this using terminal when ssh-ed to the server.
