Is there any way to disable PHP Composer in Customer Panel?

As this is an extension, it cannot be disabled for individual subscriptions. But you can blacklist the extension in general if you don't want to use it. To do so, add or edit the "extensions" setting to the panel.ini file:

[extensions]
blacklist = composer
