Plesk Onyx / Centos 7 / Dovecot.

check out /etc/dovecot.conf or conf.d, and if you like disable insecure imap and pop3 protocols and only offer imaps and pop3s in combination with setting disable_plaintext_auth = yes
and test your configuration then.
