How to install / configure ASP Enterprise Manager

Hello.

I got my Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 with myLittleAdmin configured as i am seeing that ASP Enterprise Manager is not installed on my Windows VPS. Can anybody guide me how do i install and configure it so that my SQL database users should be able to use ASP Enterprise Manager instead of myLittleAdmin.

What about usual way with autoinstaller - Tools & Settings -> Updates and Upgrades ?
 
How would you do this from a PPA controlled system?

I've been told that the local panel is not enabled if controlled from the PPA, so what's the equivalent?
