yum install php-pear
yum install php-pear

You can view a list of extensions with:
pear list
If HTTP_Request2 is not already installed then do:
yum install php-pear-HTTP-Request2
Or if this package is not available then you can install outside yum (not recommended) with:
pear install HTTP-Request2
As abdi, mentioned Postfix should already be installed.
