in upgrade process webserver and database can runing or need down server for upgrade ?

Webserver and database server will work during the upgrade process. Short downtime may take place when some kind of reconfiguration and restarting will be performed.

At the moment Plesk Onyx in RTM stage. GA (general availability) expected in early November.
