how to use/install rewrite.dll

Hello,

we are trying to install the module to use rewrite_rules in Plesk for Windows (so under IIS).

How can we do this? We already activated it on the ISAPI-filters tab in the properties of the domain in IIS, but we cannot seem the get it running.

We have read over a httpd.ini file, but where do we have to put it, in order to get it working?
