Question howto fix "Bootstrap Id is absent"

After an rocky ride upgrade from Ubuntu 14 to 16 my Plesk Onyx works smoothly. (details below)


Using

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --check-configurations

i only still have one response (error? )which i cant fix.

it says

"Bootstrap Id is absent"

sounds critical to me but I have not found any description on this message in the Forum, KB or documentation.

Question: is it critical, and if how to proceed best?

- during the Installation, the DNS resolve was lost and in the later Update Process errors created.
It ended up with some Apache Configuration and many of the 50 Subsriptions not aktive or with 502 Error.
I solved it by removing and thoroughly doing "plesk repair fs, all, web" etc.
Development Webspaces and there subscriptions i have just moved out and the subscriptions deleted. PHP modules corrected etc. So after a days work i have my most important domains up and running, some subscritpions i had to setup from scratch and restore from file and sql db.
