I have Plesk web pro edition

But I can not find any place in which to define the amount of email accounts that can be created in each domain.

Anybody can help me about this.
 
Looks like you have enabled Power User view. For managing subscriptions/plans/resources you need switch Plesk to Service Provider view. Just go to Tools&Settings -> Interface Management
