• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Resolved I can not install plesk nor any of its packages

Iván Jaimes

New Pleskian
Greetings, it turns out that a few days ago I returned again to install plesk on my server, everything worked perfect. A few weeks later the server presented updates both at plesk panel as the server packages, then I proceeded to update and I realized that the server does not decarga any package that comes from servers plesk, try again and try again (but not work) since it decided to format the server and install it all over again, when I run the installer Plesk Panel this response waits servers plesk and there remains stalled the installer. I hope I can work with this problem so serious.
Thanks in advance !!

PS: This is one of the logs out of the server console:

Of course it is compatible, as I mentioned plesk I have already installed many times and had never had this problem. Plesk support is too bad in CPanel within minutes solve everything.

Hi Iván Jaimes,

you might have misunderstood something, if you compare this forum ( a Plesk COMMUNITY forum )

... and provide MORE decent informations, so that investigations could be done. "DOES NOT WORK" for example is unsufficient, because you don't provide any informations at all, WHAT YOU DID, to solve the issue and don't provide depending configuration files, which may lead to successfull investigations. ;)
