• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved I cannot manage MSSQL even though we have a Developer Pack license

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu
Plesk version and microupdate number
Obsidian 18.0.55
Good morning,

We purchased the Developer Pack in order to be able to manage MSSQL database servers.

We followed the procedure, but it only added the keys for Docker and for PageSpeed Insight... nothing about MSSQL.

I don't see anywhere to add it or even configure it, is this normal?
(I followed the tutorial https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...-not-possible-to-manage-MSSQL-server-in-Plesk)

Can you help me?

What happens if you install the Activation Key?
How can I install the Activation Key?

I tried to do 'Install New Key', then I enter the EXT.XXXXXXXX.XX but I receive 'The activation code is not valid.'
Where can I find the Activation Key?

1 - Log in on platform360.io
2 - Go to Licensing
3 - Click on "More Details" to show the activation code

I'm sorry but I do not see the activation code on the screenshot here (I tried the Subscription ID but it looks like it's not this the activation code).
