I cannot restore clients from FTP backup

Hello,

I reinstalled my Linux-Server with Plesk (11.0.9)
But i cannot restor Clients from Plesk ftp repository.
After the Client "succesfully" is restored, the client is not shown in Plesk.

and if i try to copy them on the Server repository i can see the data in /var/lib/psa/dumps
but the backup is not Shown in the Server repository of the backup Manager

has someone a succession?

Please confirm if you are running the same plesk version before and after restoration ...(especially at the time of taking the backups)
