WaleedE

New Pleskian
Dears,

I got this error when i try to active an account in Plesk.

Error: DNSZone::Table::select() failed: no such row in the table

And when o try to solve issue by the following steps,

1) Login to mysql psa database using the plesk administrator password,

cd %plesk_dir%\Mysql\bin
mysql -h 127.0.0.1 -uadmin -p -P 8306 psa

I got : Unknown psa Database

I'm ensure that database is founded on the server under C:\Program Files(86x)\Mysql\Data\

Please advise.

Try to login to mysql with

mysql -h 127.0.0.1 -uadmin -p -P 8306

and check that you really have psa database in list with

mysql> show databases;

I've checked but i'm not shown psa database on mysql.
All customer databases is shown but "psa" database is not found!

But does your Plesk works good except initial issue with "Error: DNSZone::Table::select() failed: no such row in the table"?

Maybe you have MSSQL psa database instead of MySQL database engine? Have you checked this?

Check location and engine in Windows registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config

Please show me values of following parameters in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config

mySQLDBName
PLESK_DATABASE_PROVIDER_NAME
