Issue I get Plesk error [1006] on a migration from Cpanel to Plesk

Hi, I'm trying to migrate few accounts from a Cpanel server to Plesk Onyx.

As I start the migration I get the following error, which is odd:

Failed to connect to target Plesk server by Plesk API: Plesk error [1006]: Access to API is disabled for x.x.x.x

I tried to finish and restart the migration as well as uninstall and reinstall the migrator. no success.

any clue?
