• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.

Issue Imunify Webshield not uninstalled

webcity

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm running Plesk Obsidian Web Pro Edition Version 18.0.24. I installed the Imunify 360 extension, then decided to uninstall it using the uninstall option in extension options.

The extension has been removed from my control panel but it still seems to be operating in the background.

I can see lots of errors in the WebShield log at /var/log/imunify360-webshield which should be disabled, for example:
2020/03/17 02:23:44 [emerg] 19378#19378: BIO_new_file("/etc/imunify360-webshield/ssl_certs/dummy.pem") failed (SSL: error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory:fopen('/etc/imunify360-webshield/ssl_certs/dummy.pem','r') error:2006D080:BIO routines:BIO_new_file:no such file)

How can I disable the WebShield and other Imunify options from operating?

Many thanks
