Question Incoming email notifications from mobile outlook and iOS mail are not coming

Hello,

When I use Outlook and iOS Mail on mobile, I do not receive email notifications. It refreshes when I open Outlook or iOS Mail. But in Spark, notifications come instantly. Is there any way to fix this?
