Install Plesk 10.2 on RHEL 6 on EC2

I am trying to install Plesk 10.2 on RHEL 6.1 32bit. The installation is successful and I have follow

to open related security group in Amazon. But I can't find "/usr/local/psa/bin/amazon_setup_ip"

I can connect to the website at port https://<IP>:8443. But when I click, it shows :

I am using AMI Id: ami-0cbb4265. The description is
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1 32 bit (AMI Id: ami-0cbb4265)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 6.1, EBS-boot, 32-bit architecture.
Root Device Size: 7 GB

I can't find your mentioned AMI id from "Request Instance" section.
