Hello,

We want to try upgrade Sitebuilder 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2 but the install/upgrade manual says : Launch the package manager with the rpm -Uvh *.rpm installation key

What is the install key ? we have only ( SB.xxxxxxxx.xxx4.xml key )

This means "command-line keys". So just run the designated command ;)
