Interface does not configure autoresponder in MailEnable

I have Plesk 7 v7.0.3_build041209.19 for windows installed. I have rebuilt this server once already and the same issue keeps cropping up, the Plesk interface does not configure mail Autoresponders in the MailEnable. I can successfully configure them through the MailEnable MMC module. I have been looking at this issue from all angles, but cannot find a solution.
