Resolved Internal error: ock Manager error: '[LockManagerException] Can't open or create shared memory by shm

Hello, since 2 days ago, i can't login in to the panel. I get the following error:

Internal error:
Lock Manager error: '[LockManagerException] Can't open or create shared memory by shm.name: "/run/lock/lmlib/SharedLockManagerStorage0.2.3"; shm.start_size: "8388608"; error "No such file or directory"'.

And one problem more is, that i can't connect by SSH anymore, only in VPS mode.

My V-Server is hsoted by Strato.

I have try to solve this with the following solution, but it din't work:

Plesk is not accessible: Can't open or create shared memory by shm.name

All services seems to work for the moment. As i have seen, login to the panel and SSH is not working.

Can anyone help me to resov this issue?
